THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Automatic renewal : monthly or according to the useful life of the product you have subscribed to.
• Fixed price (with discounts) and we'll let you know if anything changes.
• Minimum commitment of 2 or 3 payments, depending on the product. Then you can do whatever you want.
• You can modify your address, payment method, or frequency from your account or Customer Portal.
• Want to cancel? You can do so once you've reached the minimum order amount. If we've already shipped an order, it cannot be returned.
• If the payment fails, we'll notify you. And if it keeps failing, we'll pause your subscription.
• If you place your order during promotional periods like Black Friday or Christmas, your first order will be even cheaper, but subsequent orders will have the regular retail price without the promotional discounts.
• Shipments are made according to the renewal schedule and are delivered as always within 24/48 hours.

• Compromiso mínimo de 2 o 3 pagos, según producto. Luego haces lo que quieras.
• Puedes modificar dirección, método de pago o frecuencia desde tu cuenta o Portal del Cliente.
• Si falla el pago, te avisamos. Y si sigue fallando, pausamos la suscripción.
• Si haces tu pedido durante periodo de promociones como Black Friday o Navidades, el primer pedido te sale aún mejor de precio, los próximos tendrán el precio de venta habitual sin los descuentos de las promociones.
• Los envíos se hacen según el calendario de renovación y se entregan como siempre en 24/48h.
