At Beardburys Essentials , we want your shopping experience to be as good as the results you get from our products. If something doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry: we handle exchanges and returns simply and transparently.
1. Deadline for exchanges or returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition , just as you received it.
For hygiene reasons, returns of opened or used products are not accepted , unless they have original defects.
2. How to request a refund or exchange
Just write to us at hola@carobels.com indicating:
- Order number
- Product(s) to return or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
- If you would like a refund or an exchange for another product
Our team will respond with instructions and a shipping address to process your order.
3. Shipping costs
- If the reason for the return is our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover all shipping costs .
- If the return is due to other reasons (change of mind, error in choosing the product, etc.), the shipping costs will be your responsibility .
In case of an exchange, we will send you the new product once we receive and check the returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the conditions, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the bank.
5. Defective or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@carobels.com , attaching photos of the product and packaging.
We'll take care of everything to replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
6. Exceptions
No returns will be accepted for:
- Used or open products.
- Customized products or products manufactured to special order.
- Packs or promotions if the entire lot is not returned.
7. Return shipments
The products must be sent properly protected and in their original packaging to the address we will tell you from customer service.
Returns sent collect or without prior notice will not be accepted.
