These are the terms of use that govern your purchases on beardburys-essentials.com and represent the contract you establish with us. By making a purchase on this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the legal aspects.Please make sure to read and understand them before using our website.

The website is a domain owned by CAROBELS COSMETICS S.L., a commercial entity established in accordance with Spanish law, with registered office in León, with postal code 24009, Avda. Antibióticos 73, and provided with VAT number B-024068256 (hereinafter, "CAROBELS COSMETICS").
The activity of CAROBELS COSMETICS consists of selling cosmetic products online through the Website, and also in person at our Carobels Store.

PLACING AN ORDER
It's very simple! :) First of all, you will need to choose the product or products you want, and to do so, you will need to go to the top of the website where you will find the menu with different sections and choose the one that interests you the most.
By clicking on each product, you can choose the desired quantity and add the products to the cart, you can also read all the information, all the ingredients they contain, and the comments of other customers. They will surely be of great help to you!
Once you have added the products to the basket, you can continue shopping, adding more products or even changing the quantities of some product. Once you have your favorites in the cart, you can click on "BUY" and fill in the personal data. Remember! If you have a coupon, you can apply it in the space provided for it and click on "APPLY" and it will be added to your basket. Remember that in case of promotions, coupons are usually not cumulative.
Once you have filled in the personal data, you can indicate your shipping and/or billing address, select the shipping method and payment method. The personal data you enter on the Website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You can also leave comments for the carrier with any notes regarding the address, delivery time... or for CAROBELS COSMETICS, in case you want to separate the order into two different boxes, add a brief dedication to your order, etc.

MAKING PAYMENTS
You can pay for your purchases with credit or debit card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. If you choose a card, you can securely pay with Visa, American Express, MasterCard, etc. via the Internet. Payment is managed through Stripe with secure encryption and under strict banking regulations. Your card details are sent directly to the bank, so reading or accessing them by anyone other than the bank is impossible.
Beardburys Essentials does not impose surcharges or additional costs when paying by card. However, your bank may apply additional charges depending on the bank and the type of card used. If you pay by credit or debit card, the conditions will apply at the time the transaction with the card is approved. In case the payment has not been received after sending the order, Beardburys Essentials may automatically cancel it.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you can send us the bank receipt to hola@beardburys-essentials.com once the payment has been made to expedite the processing of the order.

PRICES AND FEES
The products will be sold at the price indicated on the Website, with the price in force being that which is collected at the time of order confirmation by the customer.
All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in force, but exclude shipping costs, which will vary depending on the value of the products purchased, and the country or region to which the delivery must be made.
All prices shown on the website beardburys-essentials.com include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If the order is to be shipped to an address outside the EU, it may be subject to import duties and taxes which must be paid when the shipment reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for paying these amounts corresponding to import duties and taxes. Beardburys Essentials has no control over these charges as they vary depending on the country. We are unable to predict their amount. Beardburys Essentials recommends gathering more information from the Customs Service.

PROMOTIONS
It is not possible to use more than one discount code at a time. Discount codes generated automatically by applications are not compatible with discount codes offered by Beardburys Essentials.
In certain promotions, a discount code may be compatible with items that are already discounted on the website.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided. Please, it is important that you provide a real and correct email address when placing the order. Save this email to be able to contact customer service if necessary. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.

SHIPPING
As long as the product is in stock, we try to ship orders on the same day or within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the order. This forecast is valid for orders placed before 3 p.m. (for shipment to the Peninsula) or before 12 p.m. (for international or Islands shipments). We usually prepare them from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., once the payment has been confirmed.
If we receive your purchase outside the indicated hours or during a Sunday or holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready the next working day. We will always notify everything by email indicating a scheduled shipping date.
For various reasons, sometimes we need more preparation time, so we recommend planning, especially on marked dates such as Christmas, sales, or special promotions. In case of needing more urgency, it is always possible to contact us and we will try to help.
The cost of each shipment is visible at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package, although in most cases, orders do not exceed 1 or 2 Kgs.
The applicable shipping rates and delivery times are as follows:

PENINSULA
Free for all orders of any amount
We have a Premium Shipping option so you can enjoy our products as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping: 3-4 days (Free)
Premium Shipping 1-2 days (7.95€)

CANARY ISLANDS
For those orders equal to or greater than 250 €, shipping costs are 10 €
For orders less than 250 €, shipping costs are 30 €
Orders to the Canary Islands will be sent with an invoice without VAT. The administrative expenses of taxes or customs and the payment of the IGIC must be borne by the buyer at the destination.
When the value of the shipment is between 0 and €150, customs duty fees are generally not applied, but it is possible that carriers may apply commissions to the recipient. When the value of the shipment exceeds €150, the corresponding customs management fees will be applied.

BALEARIC ISLANDS
Free for orders equal to or greater than €250. For orders less than €250, shipping costs are €10.

CEUTA AND MELILLA
Free* for orders equal to or greater than €250. For orders less than €250, shipping costs are €15.
*Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla will be sent with an invoice without VAT. The expenses for tax or customs administration must be borne by the buyer at the destination.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, and Gibraltar may incur additional costs due to tax or customs administration expenses, which must be borne by the buyer at the destination.

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time will depend on the transport agency and the volume of orders according to the time of year. Typically, your order will arrive in 24-48 hours in mainland Spain and 48-72 hours in the Balearic and Canary Islands. If you place your order on a working day before 1 p.m., you could receive it in 24/48 hours, otherwise, the deadline is extended by one more day. Shipments to countries outside the European Union or certain areas may be subject to additional charges (import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the authorities of each country) which must be paid by the buyer. Customs policies vary greatly, so we recommend that you contact the local customs office for all the information.

GENERAL SHIPPING AND COURIER CONDITIONS
In case you want to change the delivery address once the order is placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. Any change of address once the order has been dispatched, or any request for delivery to a different address, will incur an additional charge equivalent to the cost of shipping.

We work with different carriers in order to offer the best rates and we ship worldwide. Shipments to post office boxes are not possible. When we send your order, we will send you an email or SMS providing you with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment on the website of the corresponding courier and keep track of the arrival of the package. The courier will make two delivery attempts at the indicated address. If no one is home, they will contact you to arrange a second delivery or you can pick up your package from the appropriate branch within ten days. Any additional expenses due to possible errors made by the buyer when providing the delivery address will be borne by the buyer. To avoid incidents with delivery, please make sure that the address you provide when placing your order is correct and complete (street number, floor, apartment, postal code, etc.) and that there is usually someone to receive the package during working hours (if your schedule is complicated, we can send it to your workplace or to the home of a family member or friend). Don't forget to provide us with your phone number.

CHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any changes or returns. Write an email to hola@beardburys.com with the order details indicating what you want to return; our team will detail how to do it. If you prefer, you can also fill out this form and we will contact you as soon as possible.

IN WHAT CASES CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
- If the return reasons are due to a defective product.
- If the product does not match the description and there are significant differences between what was described on the website and what was received.
- If you haven't used your products, the products to be returned must be in the same condition as they were received; unopened and in the original packaging and box.
- Remember! If it's a pack, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the pack in its entirety. The return must be notified within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt. For the Canary Islands, there will always be costs, as they have customs fees that must be borne by the customer.

In any case, it is essential that the products subject to a change or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise, no change or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Beardburys Essentials in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested return.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE A CHANGE OR RETURN?
Write us an email to hola@beardburys-essentials.com informing us of your intention to change or return an item and we will indicate how to proceed. Normally, the process is as follows:
- Request the change or return by email to hola@beardburys-essentials.com within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days following the receipt date of the product. To help us improve, we appreciate you letting us know the reason for the return. In case of requesting a change, you must indicate the product for which you want to make the change.
- In changes or returns, the items must be sent:
- In their original condition (including tags and packaging), along with any accessories related to them, and in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been opened, used, or damaged.
- For partial returns, you must attach the receipt/invoice or a copy thereof.
- In case of Changes:
- Once your change is approved by our Customer Service team, a shipment with pickup will be made to send you the new products and collect the ones you want to change. In some cases, we will not need to review the product and the new item will be sent to you in a return service, where the courier will deliver the new product to you and collect the product you want to change. It is important that you have prepared the product you want to change. If you do not deliver the item you want to change, the courier will not be able to deliver the new item. For international changes, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost. If the item is discontinued, we will refund the total amount paid.
- In case of Returns:
- After approving the return, we will request a pickup of the product at the address you provide. Make sure the product is perfectly packaged so it does not suffer any damage during transportation. Once received at our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that the amount to be credited to your account may take up to 14 days. You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a credit card refund. Beardburys Essentials will not be responsible for any loss the package may suffer during shipment, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition. Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is under your responsibility.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE A CHANGE OR RETURN?

At Beardburys Essentials, we offer free, fast, and easy exchanges and returns in Spain (Peninsula). Please note that the first exchange/return will be free of charge only. If you wish to make more than one exchange or return, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

For international exchanges and/or returns outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Any expenses incurred for shipping, both within and outside the European Union (such as customs fees), will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. In case of rejecting the shipment, these expenses will also be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund of the order. Contact our Customer Service team for information on procedures and costs.

In case you want to exchange a product for another one with a different price, the difference will be refunded or charged via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

Regarding returns, you only need to send us the product to be returned to the specified address.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Beardburys Essentials items come with a 3-month warranty from the delivery date of the order. The warranty will only apply in cases where there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse. Beardburys Essentials will carefully assess whether the defect has been caused by misuse in each case.

TIPS

It is important that you check the merchandise and products when you receive the shipment to ensure that the products are not damaged and are correct. If your product is damaged during transport, whether it is visible or hidden damage, you must inform the transport company as soon as possible. If upon receiving your product you notice that it is damaged or does not match what you ordered, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

All claims should be directed to our customer service department. Provide us with the order number and the reason for your complaint, and we will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the item.

PACKAGING
