EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any exchanges or returns.

During special periods like Black Friday or Christmas, deadlines may be extended so you can purchase your gifts in advance and without worries.

Send an email to hola@beardburys-essentials.com with your order details and what you want to return; our team will explain how to do so. If you prefer, you can also fill out this form and we will contact you as soon as possible.

WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

  • The reasons for the return are due to a defective product
  • The product does not match the description and there are significant differences between what was described on the website and what was received.
  • If you haven't used your products, the returned items must be in the same condition as when received; unopened and in the original packaging and box.
  • Remember! If it's a pack, it can't be divided, so you must return the entire pack.
  • The return must be notified within a maximum of 14 days from receipt.
  • For the Canary Islands, there will always be costs, as they include customs fees that must be borne by the customer.

In any case, it is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use; otherwise, no exchange or refund can be issued. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure the items arrive at Beardburys Essentials in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested refund.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Email us at hola@beardburys-essentials.com letting us know you want to exchange or return an item, and we'll tell you how to proceed. The process is typically as follows:

Request an exchange or return by email to hola@beardburys-essentials.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. To help us continue to improve, please let us know the reason for your return. If you request an exchange, you must indicate the product you wish to exchange.

For exchanges or returns, items must be sent:

  • In its original condition (including tags and packaging), together with any related accessories, and in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been opened, used, or damaged.
  • For partial refunds, you must attach the receipt/invoice or a copy of it.

In case of changes

Once your exchange is approved by our Customer Service team, a pickup will be made to send you the new products and collect the ones you want to exchange.

In some cases, we won't need to inspect the product and the new item will be sent to you via a return service. The courier will deliver the new product to you and pick up the product you want to exchange. It's important that you have the product you want to exchange ready. If you don't deliver the item you want to exchange, the courier won't be able to deliver the new item to you.

For international exchanges, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

If the item is discontinued, we'll refund the full amount you paid.

In case of Returns

After approving the return, we will request a pickup of the product at the address you provide. Make sure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Once received at our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the amount to be credited to your account. You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund to your credit card.

Beardburys Essentials will not be responsible for any loss of the package during shipping, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

Important note: Until we receive the item at our warehouse, it is your responsibility.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

At Beardburys Essentials, we offer free, quick, and easy exchanges and returns within mainland Spain. Please note that only the first exchange/return will be free. If you wish to make more than one exchange or return, shipping costs will be your responsibility.

For international exchanges and/or returns outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Any shipping costs, both within and outside the European Union (such as customs fees), will be deducted from the total refund amount. If the shipment is refused, these costs will also be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the order refund. Contact our Customer Service team for information on the procedure and costs.

If you wish to exchange a product for a different one of a different price, the difference will be paid or charged via bank transfer, card, or PayPal.

Regarding returns, you only need to send us the product to the address indicated.

WARRANTY OF THE ITEMS

All Beardburys Essentials items come with a three-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty only applies to cases where there is a manufacturing defect and the damage was not caused by misuse. Beardburys Essentials will carefully review whether the defect was caused by misuse in each case.

TIPS

It's important that you check the merchandise and products upon receiving your shipment to verify that they are undamaged and in good condition. If your product is damaged during shipping, whether visible or hidden, you must report it to the shipping company as soon as possible. If upon receiving your product you notice that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

All complaints should be directed to our customer service department. Please provide us with the order number and the reason for your complaint, and we will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the item.
