The prize is personal and non-transferable. A draw will be held among all participants who are fans (followers) of the official Beardburys Essentials account on their Instagram profile at https://www.instagram.com/beardburysessentials/. To participate, entrants must tag at least one real user on the social network in the post indicated in the giveaway details. They must also like the post and leave a comment.

You can participate as many times as you like. The draw will be held among all those who have participated according to the rules indicated in these terms and conditions.

Anyone residing in Spain, aged 18 or over, may participate in the draw. (Except residents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

The period for participating in the draw will begin on April 5, 2025 and will end on April 13, 2025 at 23:59h (peninsular time).

The giveaway will be launched on April 5, 2025, and will close on April 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM. The winner will be chosen randomly on April 14, 2025, and the name of one person will be published on the official Instagram account ( https://www.instagram.com/beardburysessentials/ ) on April 14, 2025. The winner will be announced on Stories and will also be contacted privately. If the winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within 42 hours of being notified, Beardburys Essentials reserves the right to hold the draw again or declare the prize void. The prize will be shipped within three business days of contacting the winner, provided they have submitted their personal information (full name, postal address, email, and phone number) within that time. Providing a phone number and postal address for prize delivery is essential.

The name of 1 winner and 3 alternates will be drawn. If there is no response from the winner or the alternates within the period established in these legal terms (42 hours), the prize will be passed on to the next alternate in order of selection.

The winner must have a real, physical user profile. Beardburys Essentials reserves the right to exclude any profiles that are fake, created solely for participation in sweepstakes or contests like the one described in these terms and conditions, and/or that violate Instagram's community guidelines.

Once the draw has concluded, the winner will have 72 hours to claim their prize. If no claim is received, the next alternate winner will be notified. If the alternate winners also fail to claim their prize within another three calendar days (72 hours), the prize will be forfeited.
